Dr. Juliet Murray is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She graduated summa cum laude and received the Presidential Scholar award and Virgil Strang Philosophy award. She did her preceptorship at the Veterans Affair Hospital in San Jose and worked under many different interdisciplinary doctors. Dr. Juliet Murray grew up playing soccer and was recruited to play at the University of California, Monterey Bay. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. After graduating, she coached High School soccer for two years and became an avid Crossfitter before heading to Chiropractic School. Throughout graduate school she worked on athletes, seniors, children and veterans. She uses primarily diversified technique, but is trained in activator, flexion-distraction, Sacro-Occipital Technique, and different soft tissue techniques. Treatments consist of adjustments and soft tissue work, which includes myofascial release technique, Graston technique, functional cupping and rehabilitation.

Massage Therapy

Brian Browne graduated from Bryman College as a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT). He grew up playing hockey, soccer, basketball, and baseball with his brothers. Having received a bunch of sports injuries over the years, Brian found massage and chiropractic care worked best for his recovery. He began working for massage therapy establishments and eventually started his own practice. Brian trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Reiki Energy Work, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Geriatric Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.

Exercise Rehab

Shayle Valhalla is an Exercise Rehab Specialist who focuses on Muscular Imbalance and Pain Management through Strength Training and Mobility. She also has experience in weight loss through Exercise and Nutritional Coaching. Her Life Experiences: She played Water Polo for Eight years, ending her competitive career after successfully playing two years at Ventura College and currently holds the schools Block Record. After, she was hired on as the Assistant Coach and has been leading the team since 2018. She now competes in Bodybuilding, and has recently joined a local Rugby team. Her hobbies include: Picking up heavy circles and putting them down, Bad Dad Jokes, and jumping down the rabbit holes of Health and Wellness. Her Approach is simple: Move. With practical application of exercises in day to day life, Shayle focuses on getting the body to move properly again. She has worked with Athletes, Young Adults, Mothers, Fathers, Golfers, Swimmers, Seniors and more with the mindset of getting their bodies to move in a way that is no longer painful for them. Sessions include Pain and Movement Screening, Personalized Mobility and Strength Programs, and Education on proper movement patterns.
