Wolfpack Wellness Center offers modern, movement-based rehabilitation built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Every session follows our unique method, designed to decrease pain, restore mobility, build strength, and promote purposeful movement. Our goal is to help you stay strong, move freely, and feel your best for the long haul.
Each session is completely one-on-one with a skilled therapist who tailors your care by combining hands-on manual therapy, targeted strength training, and individualized recovery strategies to fit your specific needs.
No cookie-cutter treatments. No rushed appointments. No unnecessary machines.
Just real, focused care built to keep you resilient, capable, and doing what you love for years to come.
At Wolfpack Wellness Center, every provider is trained in the same movement-based assessment and treatment principles, with a shared focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and promoting long-term health.
While all of our clinicians work toward the same goals, each team member also specializes in different techniques to help you reach your highest potential.
Our chiropractors are licensed to diagnose conditions, refer for imaging, and collaborate with other medical specialists when necessary.
We operate as an interdisciplinary team, frequently referring within our clinic to ensure you receive the right care at the right time — whether that's chiropractic, massage therapy, exercise rehab, stretch/mobility therapy or a combination of services.
If you're unsure which provider is the best fit for you, we recommend starting your initial treatment with one of our chiropractic clinicians. After a thorough assessment, we'll create a personalized plan and guide you to the right team members to meet your needs.
An adjustment is a technique used to regain movement and range of motion. In the treatment, we are looking for areas of restriction, providing intentional force (the adjustment), and regaining that movement. Adjustments help decrease pain and increased proper movement that the body needs.
During an adjustment, the spinal joints are separated very slightly, causing a drop-in pressure in the synovial fluid between joints, the release of a gas bubble, and that signature "POP" sound.
No worries, your chiropractor will always prioritize your comfort.
Adjustments are simply one tool we can use to help restore better movement and calm irritated areas, but they are never required. If you're nervous or tense, forcing an adjustment would go against its purpose, and we will never push you into something you're uncomfortable with.
Your doctor will talk you through everything, answer your questions, and work with you to find the best treatment approach for your body.
At the end of the day, you're in control, and adjustments are just one small part of a much larger, personalized treatment plan.
Your first session at Wolfpack Wellness Center is a 60-minute, one-on-one treatment focused entirely on you — your body, your goals, and your movement.
From there, your skilled rehab specialist will guide you through a full-body movement assessment to identify areas of restriction, weakness, or dysfunction, and uncover the root cause of any pain or limitations you're experiencing.
We'll begin treatment right away, using hands-on manual therapy and other targeted therapies as needed to address your immediate needs.
Together, we'll build a personalized plan focused on restoring function, improving strength, and supporting long-term, pain-free movement.
Massage therapy initial sessions are slightly different. Your first massage visit will be between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing your therapist to thoroughly assess your needs and provide a comprehensive, personalized treatment session focused on relaxation, recovery, and restoring movement.
Your follow-up sessions at Wolfpack Wellness Center are all about building momentum.
At each visit, we reassess how you're moving, how you're feeling, and how you're progressing toward your goals — making sure your care evolves with you.
For chiropractic, exercise rehab, or mobility rehab treatments, sessions may be either 30 or 60 minutes depending on what your provider recommends to best support your recovery and results.
Massage therapy sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, based on your therapist's recommendation and your specific needs.
During each follow-up, your therapist will provide focused hands-on therapy, guide you through updated exercises, and continue progressing your personalized plan to keep you strong, mobile, and pain-free.
At Wolfpack Wellness Center, we believe patients deserve quality time and care.
